Katie and I had looked and searched for more then 10 years for a peace of property that we could build a building on to vault in...We ran into lots of random issues from cost, to location and the ultimate issue of zoning...right before quarantine started we almost purchased a small plot of land that would have really been challenging to get everything to fit how we wanted...but with the craziness of work and the shutdowns we just did not get it done...then one day Katie found a new listing for 10 acres in Volant...so we jumped in the car and ran out to see if the land was as good as the listing!!! Sure enough it was!!! So we had our offer in that night...and the journey really began!!!
