About The Vault Shack, LLC
The Vault Shack is more than just a place to go pole vault. We provide a high level instructional model that has a written curriculum which has been developed over the course of several years of coaching. The curriculum is designed with the methodology and principles that Coach Sanford (Vertical Village and McDowell HS), Coach Hale (Hickory HS) and Coach Rhoades (Westminster College) have used during their careers. All of our coaches have been coached by one of the above listed coaches or vaulted within the same system which allows for seamless transitions between groups/levels.
Additionally, all of our coaches believe in providing a positive atmosphere for every vaulter to succeed in...You will see lots of high fives and fist bumps here!!
